Resendes Soccer Academy Staff

Coach Resendes is the Founder and Director of Resendes Soccer Academy (RSA), established in 2019. What began with three camps in its first year has expanded into over fifty camps and clinics annually across New England, serving more than 20 youth soccer organizations throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

In addition to leading RSA, Coach Resendes is the Head Men’s Soccer Coach at Bryant University. A rising star in the college soccer coaching community, he has established one of the best winning percentages in the nation with a remarkable overall record of 115-10-6 in his first seven seasons as a head coach.

In his inaugural season at Bryant, Resendes guided the Bulldogs to a record-breaking 16-2-2 record, securing the America East Conference title and an NCAA Tournament berth. Under his leadership, Bryant cracked the Top 25 rankings for the first time in program history, peaking at #19 in the final poll. The Bulldogs also ranked among the nation’s best in categories like goals allowed, shutout percentage, and save percentage.

Before his tenure at Bryant, Resendes led Franklin Pierce University's men's soccer team to an NCAA Division II National Championship. Over four seasons (2019-2022), Resendes compiled an impressive record of 66-5-4, and the team consistently ranked in the Top 10 in Division II.

Coach Resendes’ commitment to excellence on and off the field continues to shape the future of soccer in New England and beyond.

Coach Brendan is the Associate Director of Resendes Soccer Academy (RSA) and serves as the Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach at Bryant University. He began his college coaching career in 2019 alongside Coach Resendes, serving as the first assistant for two seasons before being promoted to Associate Head Coach for his third and fourth seasons. In 2023, Coach Brendan joined Coach Resendes at Bryant University, where he continues to help elevate the program.

Coach Pacheco holds both a USSF B License and a UEFA C License, and his expertise continues to make a positive impact on players both at RSA and in his role at Bryant.

Coach Andre is the Director of Coaching at Resendes Soccer Academy (RSA) and serves as the Head Coach for the men’s soccer team at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. Prior to his current role, Coach Andre spent two years as the Director of Soccer and Program Development at Bryant University, an NCAA Division I institution.

With a deep commitment to player development, Coach Andre holds a UEFA "B" License. He is also working towards obtaining his "A" License through the FA Wales to further enhance his coaching expertise.

Coach Josep serves as a Camp & Clinic Director at Resendes Soccer Academy (RSA) and is also an Assistant Coach at Bryant University. At Bryant, he works primarily with field players, focusing on opposition scouting in the film room, while specializing in coaching defenders and defensive midfielders.

Coach Josep began his coaching career at Franklin Pierce University in 2022, where he played a pivotal role in recruiting and contributed to the team’s National Championship victory. In 2023, he joined Coach Resendes at Bryant University, continuing his impactful work with the Bulldogs.
